An ultra-luxurious building offering 265 condos and lofts in a 46-story residential tower in Old Tel-Aviv. Upon its completion it was Israel`s highest residential building, winning the prestigious “Most Innovative Design and Structure” award. This building was the first in its class in the southern neighborhood of Tel Aviv which triggered the entire renewal of the Neve Tzedek quarter.
This residential project is currently under construction in East Tel Aviv on Hatayasim Boulevard. The project has 300 units being built, all of which have been sold, and is scheduled for completion in 2026.

Located in Mazotos, on Cyprus’s southern coast between Larnaca and Limassol, this development is a resort-style residential complex built around a Work-Life-Wellness concept. This residential and commercial development was completed in 2021 and included 275 residential units and a large commercial center. This was the first urban renewal project in the city of Tel Aviv.
Together with Yaron Parking Ltd., Kushnir Group own this large commercial lot of 15,000 sqm currently zoned and operated for parking. The project is undergoing development and upscaling the use of the lot into a commercial park of over 100,000 sqm.

It was sold by Kushnir Group to US-based real-estate fund in 2021.
